Just Me is our single hop Pilsner series. The name comes from the interaction we all have (or should have) on the trail when you’re out riding/running/hiking solo and you run into another person, always heeding the right of way to whoever has it. This batch features all German ingredients. Durst Pilsner malt and other than a small amount of Magnum for bittering, nothing but German grown Saaz for flavor and aroma additions in the kettle and whirlpool. We think this is a huge step in the right direction for our pale lagers. We implemented some new processes for this batch that made for really long day but we really feel made a huge impact on the final beer. We think it’s our best pale lager to date, hope you do too.
