WTF is a Fun Lager you ask? Good question! Craft Lager can get a bit serious sometimes if you know what I mean. All these triple decoctions, cold fermentations strict rules, and fancy pours out of these weird looking faucets and shit… they can be a bit much. Am I right? This lager is none of that. Just lager yeast, Pilsner malt, some extra electrolytes and a careful addition of Calamansi. If you’ve never had Calamansi before it’s an amazing fruit. Grown primarily in the Philippines it looks like a lime from the outside and an orange on the inside. It delivers a myriad of citrus character and some additional acidity. The result is a real crushable fun summer bier that goes well with all outdoor activities, but especially running. It kinda falls somewhere between a Mexican lager with lime and a Radler. We’re not allowed to say it’s good for you but it’s not, Not good for you…
